River Wednesdays / Slammin Sundays Tournament Series

Call it whatever you like, but it's a great way for a beginner to get started or the experienced angler to kick back and enjoy a short evening's fishing. So join us every Wednesday night for an evening of fun and competition. All events will be held on the St. Joseph River, all state laws must be observed. Starting time is always 5:00 P.M. Indiana time, but length of tournament will be subject to change as summer progresses (sunset). Because of popular demand we will fish rain or shine as long as there is no lightning in the area at the start of the tournament.
ENTRY FEE PER TOURNAMENT (for WED>NIGHT tourn) - $30.00 per team
OF THIS: $20.00 is for tournament payout, $5.00 is for BIG BASS and $5.00 is for Year End Classic
Teams must pay a $5 SUB fee any time a sub is used.
This money will go to classic pot.
A SUB will not go towards 1 of the 8 tournaments you need to qualify for classic. __________________________________________________________

5 boats and under----------------1 place

over 20 boats---------------------5 places
In addition, there will be a one-time start up charge of $15.00 per person to defray expenses. All left over moneys will be placed in the classic pot.
**TEAMS CAN NOT HAVE A SUB FOR THE CLASSIC**
The Year End Classic is by invitation only and will pay top five places regardless of number of boats. In order to be invited to the Classic, a team must have fished at least 8 Wednesday night tournaments in the Wednesday night divisions as your original team. or fish at least 4 of the 5 open Tournaments There will be no buy-ins, our goal is to reward participation. We encourage teams to stay together throughout the series.

Standard tournament rules will apply:
1. Life jackets must be worn whenever gasoline motor is running.
2. All boats must have aerated live well.
3. All boats must have a working kill switch.
4. The size limit will change (slot limit)on smallmouth and largemouth bass for the weeknight tournaments. This is your job to know what that is. Please ask us at anytime if you need info.
5. A 5 fish tournament limit per team.
6. Artificial baits only.
7. No trolling.
8. All ties will be broken by the largest fish.
9. A distance of 50 feet must be observed between yourself and a competitor’s boat.
10. Dead Fish Penalty - .25 pound for EACH FISH
11. You can not weigh in a dead fish for your BIG BASS.
Tournament Directors have final say on infractions presented in writing with in 20 minutes after the end of tournament.
In other words, we will use the same B.A.S.S. rules that we are all accustomed to fishing under.
